Processing Time (Production)

All items are made to order and printed on demand.
Production time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using FedEx or UPS.
Transit time: typically 1–7 business days after your order ships (varies by location and carrier delays).

Please note: We currently do not offer expedited processing or expedited shipping.
Once your order is with the carrier, Blissful Party Props is not responsible for delays due to weather, peak season, address issues, or other carrier-related disruptions.

Cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of purchase, and only if production has not started.
After production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, message us immediately with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items / Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with print quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• the item(s)

• the shipping box (inside and outside)

• the shipping label

We will review your request and work with you on a resolution.

Lost / Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

1. check around your property and with household members

2. check with neighbors/building management

3. contact the carrier to open a case

If it still cannot be found, message us and we’ll guide you on next steps.

Stands and stakes are NOT included unless clearly stated in the product description.

Sizes & Measurements

Sizes are shown in the product photos. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing to ensure the size works for your event and space.

Large Item Shipping (Scored/Folded Panels)

To keep shipping safe and more affordable, larger items may be scored and/or folded on the back for shipping.
This does not affect the front design. If desired, you may reinforce the back using tape (painter’s tape recommended) to help the piece lay flatter or feel sturdier for display.

Custom Orders

We love custom requests! If you’d like a name, age, color change, or a matching set, please message us before ordering.

Custom size requests: If you’d like to change the size of a design, pricing will vary depending on the final dimensions (bigger or smaller). We’ll confirm the updated price before production begins.

Copyright & Customer-Provided Images

Blissful Party Props is not responsible for copyrighted images, characters, or materials requested or provided by the customer. By placing an order, you confirm you have the rights/permission to use any images or text you submit for custom work.
